Chloe's Collections Florist & Gift Shoppe was opened in Parkman in 2009. Owner, Joy Gregory, is a grandmother to three incredible children. She has worked as an oncology nurse, has earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing and business management, and studied floral design at FL Art Institute.
